Getting Help as a Student

Facilities provided by your Faculty, School or section (such
as computer lab access) is supported by their IT section. Details
can be found on Transition's Get IT
pages.
For ITS supported services for students, you can check with
- ITS Network Status Notices - it lists
problems we are already aware of, and working to fix, check
here for in case your current issue is already covered!
- Student Internet Support Office
- they help students with a range of IT issues. If you can't find what
you need to know from the FAQs below, contact them, but have your
student card/number and a pen and paper handy, just in
case.
