Welcome to Information Technology Services
Information Technology Services (ITS) and the University Library together form the Information Services Division. This website is focused on ensuring the needs of key users are met by providing information about the services and support ITS provide to staff and students at UWA. There are three key user groups to which this site is targeted: - Students (new and current UWA students): Information can be found about the computing services and support for students provided centrally by ITS, and locally within the Faculties.
- Staff: All staff of UWA, including those whose IT support is provided by ITS directly. The site provides information regarding the computing and Audio Visual services and support for all staff provided centrally by ITS, and locally within the Faculties.
- IT Support Staff: UWA staff who provide local technical IT support for their Faculty, School or department. This site contains information about the University’s computing environment and services provided by ITS which may be of assistance to IT Support Staff.
